|Dr. William Roach||B.Sc, Ph.D, C.Eng, MIM, P.Eng.||
Dr. Roach joined Marquee Energy as Director in December of 2013 and became Chairman in December 2016. Since January 2012 he has served as the President and CEO of Cavalier Energy Inc., a privately held oil sands company. From October 2010 to December 2011 he served as the CEO of Calera, a private green energy start-up, in Los Gatos, California. Between 2004 and 2010 he served as the President and CEO of UTS Energy. Prior thereto, he managed Husky Energy’s operations on the East coast of Canada, British Borneo’s projects in Houston and worked internationally for Shell. Dr. Roach Serves as Chair of Marquee’s Reserves Committee.
|Adrian Goodisman||B.Sc., M.Sc. Eng.||
Mr. Goodisman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising companies in the upstream oil and gas sector. He was previously a Managing Director for Scotiabank, Co-Head U.S. Scotia Waterous. Mr. Goodisman has investment banking experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions and over 25 years of investment banking and technical experience in the oil and gas exploration and production sector in the United States, Canada, Asia, Europe and South America. He sits on the Advisory Board of the Bilateral U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Capital Markets Committee of the Independent Producers Association of America (IPAA). Additionally, Mr. Goodisman is a registered representative in the U.S. holding Series 24, 7 and 63 FINRA licenses. Mr. Goodisman serves as Chair of Marquee’s Strategy Committee.
|Stephen J. Griggs||LLB||
Currently CEO, General Counsel and Secretary of Smoothwater Capital. He was most recently the President and CEO of OPTrust, a major Ontario public sector pension plan, leading OPTrust’s integrated investment and administrative operations. Prior to joining OPTrust in mid-2011, Mr. Griggs served for three years as Executive Director of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance representing the interests of leading Canadian pension plans and other institutional shareholders. He also served during this time as Chairman and Partner of Investeco Capital Corp. Griggs was the President and CEO of Legg Mason Canada Inc. from January 2003 to June 2007 and has been Chief Operating Officer of two leading Canadian mutual fund companies (AIC and BPI). Mr. Griggs is an active corporate director and is the Chairman of the board of directors of Genesis Land Development Corp. and Equity Financial Holdings Inc., and also serves on the board of Greater Toronto Airports Authority. Mr. Griggs is on the Independent Review Committee of ING Mutual Funds, the Chair of the IRC of IA Clarington Funds and is on the board of several charitable organizations. Mr. Griggs serves as Chair of Marquee’s Compensation and Governance Committee.

Mr. Moase has had more than 25 years experience in the financial and capital markets. Currently an independent consultant, he was formerly the Managing Director to MGI Securities in Toronto, responsible for capital markets. Prior to this, he was at HSBC Securities as Managing Director Investment Banking and Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as a number of other senior executive positions with other large investment and brokerage firms. Mr. Moase holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (1987) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University (1981).Leonard Sokolow

Mr. Sokolow’s company is in the financial services industry and is focused on high-net-worth and institutional investors and high-growth companies. Its subsidiaries, National Securities Corporation and Finance Investments, Inc., provide investment banking, retail and institutional brokerage services across the United States and in Latin America, Canada and Europe. Previously Mr. Sokolow was President of Genesis Partners, Inc., a private financial business consulting firm, from 1994 to 1998, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Americas Growth Fund, Inc., a public closed-end management investment company. He has also been a director of Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. and Chairman of its audit and nominations committees, since 2006 and 2009, respectively.

Mr. Waters is currently Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Canadian International Oil Corp. Robert has more than 20 years of executive financial experience, having served as Chief Financial Officer of Omers Energy Services, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Enerplus Corporation and as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Pengrowth Energy Trust. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from York University, Toronto (1981), Master of Business Administration from York University, Toronto (1984) and holds a Chartered Accountant designation (1986). Mr. Waters currently serves as Chair of Marquee’s Audit Committee.
